CreateTO is requesting to start Phase 3 of the approval process for the relocation of the Etobicoke Civic Centre, which is expected to cost approximately $26.1 million.

If approved by the CreateTO board and, subsequently, city council, Phase 3 will include obtaining tendered cost estimates, a proposed funding model and complete financials for the entire project.
